In follow-up to our conversation this date, enclosed please find a Rule 6.12 Status
Report Form concerning the estate of the late James S, Garrison. This estate was started
solely to investigate a potential medical malpractice case and several law firms have
indicated .that Z)7ere is none. The sole beneficiaries of the estate were the administratrixes.
