MOTION TO OBTAIN TRANSCRIPT
FROM HEARING HELD ON MARCH 1 2012
AND NOW, comes Nobue Sheller, by and through her court-appointed counsel, Mark F.
Bayley, and in support of the within motion avers as follows:
1. The within matter is assigned to the Honorable M. L. Ebert, Jr.
2, A hearing was held on March 1, 2012 wherein the Court adjudicated Nobue Sheller as
an incapacitated person and appointed the Office of Aging as plenary guardian.
3. Ms. Sheller has not opted to appeal to date; however, she does wish to have a
transcript of the March 1, 2012 proceedings to review and for her records.
WHEREFORE, Ms. Sheller respectfully requests the Court to order the court reporters'
office to generate a transcript with regard to the March 1, 2012 hearing and to direct the
Office of Aging to pay for said transcript from Ms. Sheller's estate.

makes this affidavit as attorney because he has sufficient knowledge or information and belief,
based upon his investigation of the matters averred or denied in the foregoing document; and that
this statement is made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S. §4904, relating to unsworn
falsification to authorities.
