KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS~Ray M. ~.tine,~~~~
late of Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died testate
on the 19th day of April, 2008, in the Borough of Chambersburg at Menno Haven Nursing
Home, Pennsylvania, having made his last will and testament, which was duly executed the
20th day of March, 2005, and is recorded in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, File No.
2008-00504.
WHEREAS, the said Ray M. Stine, by his Last Will and Testament appointed
Timothy R. Stine executor; and
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary on the estate of said Ray M. Stine, were duly
issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to the said Timothy R.
Stine, the Register having issued them on the 6th day of May, 2008;
WHEREAS, the said Timothy R. Stine, as executor of the estate of Ray M. Stine,
has gathered the assets of the estate of the said decedent and the assets [consisting of both
real property and personal property of $1,049,272.00 and income of $53,820.54] to the total
value of $1,135,229.51, as set forth in Exhibit A, which is a statement of account of the said
executor and which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and marked "Exhibit A";
WHEREAS, the debts and deductions, including the payment of the Pennsylvania
inheritance Tax in the said estate, amount to $259,848.18, and in-kind and risk distributions
to Beneficiaries of $114,495.82 (as shown in Exhibit A) leaving a balance for distribution of
$728,748.54;
WHEREAS, the balance for distribution as shown in the said statement marked
Exhibit A has been distributed as therein indicated in accordance with the terms of the last
will and testament of the said Ray M. Stine;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Timothy R. Stine, 380 Bordertown
Road, Woodbury, PA 16695, Daniel J. Stine, 12 Alleman Road, Shippensburg PA 17257,
Rebecca S. Stine-Dempsey, 213 Cot onda e, AL 35453; being al of the children of thetsaid
Stine-Gorman, 14280 Jaffa Lane,
Ray M. Stine, and heirs under the last will and testament, and being those persons entitled
to inherit under the aforesaid will, do hereby, each of us, acknowledge that we have this day
had and received from the aforesaid executor, in full satisfaction and payment of all sums

or sums of money, legacies, bequests and devises as are given and bequeathed to each
of us respectively by the said last will and testament, which amounts we have received this
day, and which amounts are in the amount set opposite our respective names in the table
and schedule of distribution in the statement attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A";
AND, each of us do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time
involved in the filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, we each agree that no
formal account is necessary and we do hereby agree that we do consent to distribution

THEREFORE, each of us do hereby, remise, release, quit claim and forever
discharge the said Timothy R. Stine, executor aforesaid, his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns of and from the estate a e sron thlereof or for any other usep mattert cause or
and demands whatsoever for or by
thing, touching upon the Estate of Ray M. Stine, and his deeds as executor of said estate
and we do further covenant and agree that should any liability come due to the estate of the
said Ray M. Stine, after the signing of the agreement, we and each of us do hereby
covenant and agree with each other and the aforesaid executor, that we will contribute pro
rata, our share of the estate to satisfy any and all claims, or demands, suits, or causes of
action which may be prosecuted against the said estate of Ray M. Stine, deceased, or the
aforesaid executor after the signing, sealing and delivery of this family settlement and final
release.
