3 Item III of the Will provides that Stuart Ringer and Pippa Calland are to divide equally Decedent's personal items.
After making a brief inspection, Mr. Ringer determined that numerous items were missing, and he was not provided
the opportunity to shaze in one-half of the Decedent's personal items. As a consequence, Ms. Calland's share of the
residue (20% or $ (,416.87) is being divided equally between the Decedent's parents.
