In re: Estate of Paul Dillman who died November 8`h 2008, it was ordered in the Court of Common Pleas
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; Orphans' Court division #2008-01127 dated 12~' of December, 2010
the following:
The share of the Estate ($3177) to be given to Ronald Crawford was to be held in an escrow account of
Debra K. Wallet Esq. for one year from the date of the order (12/12/2010). fn the event the share
cannot be delivered to Ronald Crawford within that time (12/12/2011) the share will be distributed to
Joseph A. Magaro, half-brother and only sibling of Ronald Crawford.
After making three calls to your office in the past 30 days to get an update on the status of that escrow
being held by you and getting no response... a written request seemed to be appropriate.
