contemporaneously with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, LZ to PA?f M01,
hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY D=tN&A_au - lot
of ground known as 22 Foxwood Boulevard, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Foxwood, Silver Spring Toohi f,,Cu erland
County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Michael L. Hollmann and Michelle V. Hollmann are-'the title
holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed Book , Page ; and
_Qobu, March\2012, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to
purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
Jgbig stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

prepared by R. J. Fisher and Associates, Inc., recorded in Plan Book 90, Page 18, situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, PA, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Foxwood Boulevard at the southwest corner of Lot #14; thence
along said right-of-way line N55-20-27W 101.94 feet to a point at lands N/F of David T. Pipher, Deed Book 14W, Page
314 & lands N/F of Wayne R. Conrad; thence along said lands, an existing 50' access right-of-way, Miscellaneous Book
243, Page 524, an existing 20' access right-of-way, Miscellaneous Book 237, Page 147, N35-23-54E 150.01 feet to a
point at lands N/F of Dennis and Linda Hoke, Deed Book 27B, Page 798; thence along said lands of Hoke S55-20-27E
100.00 feet to a point being the northwest corner of Lot #14; thence along Lot #14 S34-39-33W 150.00 feet to a point,
being the place of beginning.
