AND NOW, this .ZL " day of March, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Joseph Cook and Elizabeth Stoup
will apply on May 31, 2012 or June 1, 2012 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that
extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said
license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under
Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
