The Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its
claims against Chestnut Street Townhouses, LLC and all that certain lot or piece of ground
situated in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as
129 South Chestnut Street, Tax ID 17-23-0565-283 and having thereon erected a house. (See
property description attached.)
For curb and sidewalk repairs for 129 South Chestnut Street: $1275.00
Together with an additional ten percent (10%) penalty: 127.50
Solicitor filing fee: 125.00
Total: $1527.50
Together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. From October 13, 2011, the
date of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 30 East Maplewood Avenue in
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 on December 8, 2011. The said services were provided by the
Borough of Mechanicsburg and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII
of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.O. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. se g.,
53 P.S. Section 46801 et. se g., Ordinance 892, Part 4 of Chapter 21 and/or Part 9 of Chapter 1 of

Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, successor by merger to SEIDLE MEMORIAL
HOSPITAL, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, ("Grantor")
AND
CHESTNUT STREET TOWNHOUSES, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company
("Grantee")
WITNESSETH
That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($650,000.00), lawful money of the United States of America, well and
truly paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns:

conveyed unto Seldle Memorial Hospital. Said Seidle Memorial Hospital, through
merger effective December 31, 1995 as filed with the Pennsylvania Department of
State, Bureau of Corporations and Articles of Amendment changing corporate name
filed on April 5, 1996, is now known as PINNACLE HEALTH HOSPITALS, Grantor

Street 142 Feet to an alley; thence North along said alley 40 feet to land now or formerly

a distance of 142 feet, more or less, to an Alley; thence along said Alley in a northwardly
direction, a distance of 64 feet, more or less, to East Locust Street; thence along said
East Locust Street in a westwardly direction, a distance of 142 feet, more or less, to the

BEING the same premises which Paul A. DeWire and Susan B. DeWire, his wife, by

herein); on the East by a Public Alley; and on the South by land now or formerly of Guy

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; AND ALSO all
the estate, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and
equity, of the Grantor, of, in, to or out of the said premises, and every part and parcel
thereof.

appurtenances, unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, to and for the only proper
