The Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its
claims against Jonathan Heller and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough
of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 28 West Locust Street,
Tax ID 16-23-0565-037 and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For curb and sidewalk repairs for 28 West Locust Street: $685.00
Together with an additional ten percent (10%) penalty: 68.50
Solicitor filing fee: 125.00
Total : $878.50
Together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. From October 13, 2011, the
date of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at P.O. Box 1552 in Mechanicsburg, PA
17055 on December 8, 2011. The said services were provided by the Borough of Mechanicsburg
and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act
of February 1, 1966, P.O. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. se g., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et.
seMc ., Ordinance 892, Part 4 of Chapter 21 and/or Part 9 of Chapter 1 of the Code of Ordinances
of the Borough of Mechanicsburg.

Witnesseth, that the Grantors, for and in consideration of
One Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred and 00/100 ($174,900.00)
lawful money of the United States of America, to the Grantors in hand well and truly paid by the
Grantees, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and the Grantors being therewith fully satisfied, do by these presents grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantees forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or Parcel of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the
Borough of Mechanicsburg in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the curb line of Locust Street, at corner of lot formerly of Mrs. Susan Bryan,
deceased now of Roy E. Stanfield; thence along said Lot, North one hundred (100) feet to
Stouffer Alley; thence along said alley, East fifty (S0) feet and six (6) inches to the building line
of Lamont Avenue; thence along said Avenue, south one hundred (100) feet, more or less, to the
curb line on said Locust Street; thence along said curb line, Westward fifty-six (S6) feet and
seven (7) inches to the Place of BEGINNING.
THE HOUSE on said lot erected being known as No. 28 West Locust Street.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all conditions, restrictions, easements and rights-
of-way which may appear of record.

BEING the same premises which Robert D. Miller and Paige Fulton-Miller, and Richard W.
Rohler and Charlene K Rohler, his wife by Deed dated April 30, 1992 and recorded in the
Recorder of Deeds Office in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Q35, Page 531,
granted and conveyed unto John S. Wetherell, single man, grantor herein.
Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters, watercourses,
rights, liberties, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining; and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof; And Also all the estate, right, title, interest,
use, possession, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and in
equity, or, in and to the premises herein described and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To Have And To Hold all and singular the premises herein described together
with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Grantees and the Grantees' proper use and
benefit forever.
And the Grantors covenant that, except as may be herein set forth, they do and will Specially
Warrant and Defend the lands and premises, hereditaments and appurtenances hereby
conveyed, against the Grantors and all other persons lawfully claiming the same or to claim the
same.
In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations, the use of any
particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender
or number as the text of the within instrument may require.
Wherever in this instrument any partyshall be designated or referred to by name or
general reference, such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as if the words
"heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns" has
been inserted after each and every such designation,
