IN RE: APPLICATION FOR A MARRIAGE LICENSE
AND NOW, this z(, ` day of March, 2012, upon consideration of the within
Petition, it is ordered that the Deputy Clerk of Orphans' Court Division of the Court
of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is authorized to meet with
Clarence A. Overcash, Jr. and Shirley M. Corman at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, pursuant to 23 Pa. C.S.A. §3106, to conduct the oral examination
for a marriage application.
It is further ORDERED AND DECREED that the three day waiting period
for issuance of the license is waived and that the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby
authorized to issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all
provisions concerning marriages under Pa. C.S. Title 23 are met.
