Contractor Page Number Via;; Vbereag, The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601, hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 4514 Woods Way, Mechanicsburg, PA 170501-ower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP is the title holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed Book Page _;and .hobo, a,,V(-tA ZZ,7,JCZ-, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof. T05 stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended, In Vitnegg Whereof, the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seal the day and year aforesaid. Michael Brill and Associates, Inc., recorded in Plan Book 89, Page 143, situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, PA, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Woods Way at the northeast corner of Lot #22; thence along said right-of-way line S82-58-53E 11.43 feet to a point; thence along the same by a curve to the right, said curve having a chord bearing and distance of S75-01-17E 69.24 feet, a radius of 250.00 feet and an arc distance of 69.46 feet to a point being the northwest corner of Lot #20; thence along Lot #20, through a proposed storm water easement, through two proposed 30' sanitary sewer easements and through a proposed noise barrier/visual screening easement S07-01-07W 329.26 feet to a point on the northern right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Turnpike (U.S. Route 76); thence along said right- of-way line and along said proposed storm water easement by a curve to the left, said curve having a chord bearing and distance of S88-10-11W 80.96 feet, a radius of 2391.83 feet and an arc distance of 80.97 feet to a point being the southeast corner of Lot #22; thence along Lot #22, through said proposed storm water easement, through a proposed 30' sanitary sewer easement, through a proposed easement reservation and through a proposed noise barrier/visual screening easement N07-01-07E 351.30 feet to a point, being the place of beginning.
