COMES NOW, John B. Stiles, RestoreCore CFO, as a representative of RestoreCore Inc, a
Pennsylvania corporation acting as a ® contractor ? subcontractor, which has provided labor
and/or materials for the repair and restoration of the property located at and described as 110
Third Street, New Cumberland, PA 17070, Municipality: Borough of New Cumberland, County:
Cumberland County, for which RestoreCore Inc. has not been paid and is therefore filing this
Claim for Mechanics Lien against the building and premises here described, and would state as
follows:
1. The above-described property is owned by or reputed to be owned by Capitol Property
Management, who may be reached at the following, address: 100 Third Street, Ste. 200,
New Cumberland, PA 17070.
2. The undersigned ceased furnishing labor and/or materials on the 27th day of September,
2011.
3. Labor and/or materials were provided under a contract with the propert y owner executed on
or about the 22nd day of September, 2011, and the following is a general statement of the
kind and character of the labor and/or materials furnished: Mitigation work, Demolition, and
Cleaning of dwelling due to water damage from flooding from Tropical Storm Lee.
4. The amount due the undersigned for said labor and/or materials is $ 14,618.63.
