Our firm represents the Executor of the Estate of Michael J. Frey. The purpose of this letter is to
respectfully request a 6-month extension to file the estate's inheritance tax return, due March 29, 2012.
Our firm has only recently been retained to assist in this matter and is in the initial stages of selling the
estate's primary asset, consisting ~of residential real estate. Prior to filing, we must also thoroughly
evaluate all estate assets, liabilities, and potential deductions in order to adequately prepare the return.
