ORDER OF COURT -
AND NOW, this 30th day of March, 2012, the parties, Mildred Sitlinger by
her guardian Janell House, and Robert Ochs, having reached an agreement;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. Janell House will sign the appropriate documents to remove Mildred
Sitlinger's name from the ownership of the Ford Explorer motor vehicle and will
discontinue the automobile insurance thereon;
2. Robert Ochs will sign the appropriate documents to remove the life
estate which he possesses in his mother's residence at 912 Sheffield Avenue,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Each party ill bear their own costs of the transactions;
4. The parties will meet at the AAA Central Penn Office, located at 2301
Paxton Church Road, Harrisburg, PA on Monday, April 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. to
finalize execution of all documents required to facilitate the actions described in
paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
