is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Contractor
For the erection Of Detached Ranch 2,188 Sq. Ft.
Now, March 26. 2012 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
princippal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Kenneth E. Nehf, Jr.
and Deirdra A. Nehf
to the said Bryan L. Hey Builder, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the marking of the said contract with
and the finther consideration of one Dollar, to Bryan L. Hey paid by Kenneth E. Nehf, Jr.
Builder, Inc. and Deirdra A. Nehf
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-
contractor, or by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.
