PRELIMINARY DECREE
AND NOW, this 3~day of April, 2012, upon consideration of the attached
Emergency Petition for Injunctive Relief, it is ORDERED and DECREED that Mandy
Raab Carson and Laurie Ann R. Kucher, and all persons acting in concert with them
and/or upon direction of them, are enjoined, pending hearing as set forth below, from
(1) removing any personal property from the residences listed in the Petition,
(2) otherwise removing or dissipating any assets held in the Trust, and (3) co-mingling
any personal property of the estate. Any third party having possession of-any property
removed from any of the residences listed in the Petition shall immediately return such
property to the residences or place it into a storage location which is not accessible to
Mandy Raab Carson or Laurie Ann R. Kucher pending further Order of Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a citation be awarded, returnable forthwith, to
Mandy Raab Carson and Laurie Ann R. Kucher, to show cause why they should not be
enjoined, pending disposition of this matter, as follows:
(1) from removing any personal property from the residences listed in the
Petition,
(2) from otherwise removing or dissipating any assets held in the Trust,

returnable at hearing as set forth below,
(3) from comingling any property of the Estate or Trusts;
(4) from further exercise of powers as executrixes or trustees absent Order of
Court;
(5) ordered to place into escrow within Cumberland County, and without right of
removal absent consent of all Trustees and beneficiaries or Order of Court, any and all
property of the Estate and the Trusts; and
(6) provide to Petitioner a complete and accurate inventory of all Estate and
Trusts property in their possession, as well as the locations of all such property.
Hearing on the Emergency Petition for Injunctive Relief shall be held on

Courtroom ~ of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Hanover and High Streets,
