ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES CODE FOR
SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE

AND NOW, this ~_ day of r~ I 2012, upon consideration of the
annexed petition, the balance of funds, with an approximate date of death value of $7,352.44 held at
M & T Bank belonging to the estate of Shirley A. Sanderson, deceased, is awarded under the
provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code to Stephen E. Sanderson,
widower of the Decedent. M & T Bank, or its designated agent is hereby Ordered and Directed to
release said funds upon request to Stephen E. Sanderson.
AND the said Stephen E. Sanderson is authorized to execute the necessary receipts
therefore on behalf of the Estate.
