PETITION TO APPOINT EXECUTOR
1. No judge has been assigned to this case.
2. The Petitioner is James Neff, who resides at 519 Chestnut Street, Mount
Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17065.
3. The decedent is Leroy D. Smith, Jr.
4. The decedent died on December 12, 2009.
5. On March 5, 2012, the Petitioner filed a petition seeking to be appointed
administrator of the decedent's estate.
6. The Register of Wills issued a citation to the decedent's heirs in
connection with Petitioner's request to be appointed administrator, and an Answer was
due to the Citation on March 29, 2012.
7. No Answer was filed to the Citation.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner prays that the Register of Wills issue Letters to him
as the Administrator of the Estate of Leroy D. Smith, Jr.
