I am submitting this request for change of court hearing date as a parent in the
name change case mentioned above. The court has issued a hearing date of
June 28th, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. I had to go to India due to family emergency. I
have contacted Cumberland Law Journal as soon as I came back to place the
notice of said hearing. They have informed me that they cannot do the
publication until June 28th. I am requesting to change court hearing date to July
19t', 2013.
