INDIVIDUAL and NISSANNE K. PETERS, ADULT INDIVIDUAL ("Owner") of 751 S. 60TH STREET, HARRISBURG PA
17111 for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 297 THORLEY
ROAD, NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070, , Fairview Township, York, Pennsylvania described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of
which CRAIG R. MORRISON, ADULT INDIVIDUAL and NISSANNE K. PETERS, ADULT INDIVIDUAL is ;he title holder of
record; and
1191)ereas, it is the intention of Owner and Contractor that neither said lot of ground nor the improvements erected or to be
erected thereon shall be subject to a lien for debts due Owner to Contractor or by Contractor to any subcontractor for labor
or materials furnished in the said erection or construction, and that the right of anyone to claim any such lien be waived
hereby.
-001n, Tbig 91greement Vitnessetl): That Contractor, for and in consideration of the contract aforesaid and the
considerations mentioned thereunder, as well as the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the
Owner at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending
to be legally bound hereby, does hereby covenant, promise and agree, for Contractor and any and all subcontractors,
materialmen, laborers and parties acting for, through or under Contractor, that no mechanics' lien or claim or other lien or
claim of any kind whatsoever shall be filed or maintained against the building, improvements, lot of ground or any part
hereof, or the curtilage or curtilages appurtenant thereto by anyone, and that all subcontractors, materialmen and laborers
shall look to and hold Contractor personally liable for all subcontracts, materials furnished and work and labor done.
Arlb this agreement, waiving the right of lien by anyone, shall be an independent covenant and shall operate and be
effective with respect to work done and materials furnished under any supplemental contract for extra work in the erection,
construction and completion of the building as well as to any work and labor done and materials furnished under the
contract aforesaid.
Z111b, in order to give the Owner full power and authority to protect Owner and the building, improvements and lot of
ground, against any and all claims filed by Contractor or anyone acting under or through Contractor in violation of the
foregoing covenant, Contractor hereby irrevocably authorizes and empowers any Attorney of any Court of Common Pleas
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to appear for Contractor in any of the said Courts of Common Pleas as attorney for
Contractor and in Contractor's name, mark satisfied of record at the cost and expense of the Contractor, or of any
subcontractor or materialman, any and all claims or claim, liens or lien, filed by or for the Contractor, or any subcontractor
or materialman, or in the name of any one or more of them against the building, improvements, lot of ground or any part
thereof, and, for such act or acts, this shall be good and sufficient warrant and authority, and a reference to the Court,
Term and Number in which this instrument shall have been filed shall be a sufficient exhibit of the authority herein
contained to warrant such action, and the Contractor does hereby remise. release, and quit claim all rights and all manner
of errors, defects and imperfections whatsoever in entering such satisfaction of in anywise touching or concerning the
same.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in Fairview Township, York County, Pennsylvania known and
numbered as Lot No. 6 on that certain Final Subdivision Plan for Darrell C. and Georgeann Ritchey, prepared
by Hoover Engineering Services, Inc., of 658 Gaumer Road, Suite 100, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
dated June 23, 2006, bearing File No. 205049AREV and being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for York County, Pennsylvania in Record Book 1913, Page 6227, being more particularly
bounded and described according to said Plan as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point at the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 7 as shown on said Plan, said point also being in
the centerline of Thorley Road (T-858) (fifty (50) feet wide); thence along the westerly boundary line of said
Lot No. 7 the following courses and distances: North 12 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
163.26 feet to a point; North 33 degrees 00 minutes 06 seconds East, a distance of 174.35 feet to a point;
North 45 degrees 10 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 339.90 feet to a point; and North 12 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 222.28 feet to a point on the southerly line of lands of the
Pennsylvania Turnpike as shown on said Plan; thence along the southerly boundary line of said lands of the
Pennsylvania Turnpike the following courses and distances: North 38 degrees 19 minutes 17 seconds West, a
distance of 88.06 feet to a point; and thence continuing along the same South 89 degrees 31 minutes 04
seconds West, a distance of 184.15 feet to a point at the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 2 as shown on said
Plan; thence along the easterly boundary line of said Lot No. 2 and continuing along the easterly boundary line
of Lot No. 5 as shown as said Plan, South 12 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 373.30 feet
to a point; thence continuing along said Lot No. 5 the following courses and distances: South 45 degrees 10
minutes 02 seconds West, a distance of 153.37 feet to a point; South 33 degrees 00 minutes 05 seconds
West, a distance of 233.91 feet to a point; and South 12 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of
201.09 feet to a point at the southeasterly corner of said Lot No. 5, said point also being in the centerline of
Thorley Road (T-858) (fifty (50) feet wide); thence by said centerline of said Thorley Road North 76 degrees
22 minutes 36 seconds East, a distance of 35.88 feet to a point; thence continuing by said centerline of said
Thorley Road (1-858) North 77 degrees 26 minutes 28 seconds East, a distance of 37.64 feet; thence
continuing further by said centerline of said Thorley Road (T-858) North 77 degrees 26 minutes 28 seconds
East; a distance of 31.78 feet to a point at the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 7 aforesaid, the point and place
of BEGINNING.
