Richard C. Snelbaker, Esquire, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and -says: ~"
1. That he is a principal in the law firm of Snelbaker & Brenneman, P.C., the
Petitioner in the above captioned matter;
2. That pursuant to the Order of Court by Honorable Kevin A. Hess dated March 8,
2012, the Petitioner sent to each Eric R. Strous and Zane P. Strous on March 12, 2012 duly
certified copies of the Petition for Leave to Withdraw as Counsel and the cited Order of
Court by both certified mail, return receipt requested, and regular first-class mail (a copy of
cover letter and Certified Mail Receipt being attached hereto) U.S. Postal Service;
3. That the Certified mailings were received as follows: Eric R. Strous -March 13,
2012, and Zane P. Strous -March 16, 2012 (Return Receipt Cards being attached hereto);
4. That none of the mailings have been returned to Petitioner because ofnon-delivery; and
5. That the foregoing facts are true and correct.
