ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION
AND NOW, this ~~'~ day of ~tA~J 2012, upon consideration of the
within petition of William Scot Riddlesberger for settlement of a small estate pursuant to 20
P.S. § 3102, it is hereby ordered and decreed as follows:
1. The Estate of James M. Riddlesberger, in so far as it consists of funds on deposit at M&T
Bank, in total amount less than Fifteen thousand ($15,000) dollars, shall be released and paid
over to the said William Scot Riddlesberger, for distribution by him according to this Order.
2. The said funds, along with the tangible personal property of James M. Riddlesberger,
deceased, shalt be distributed in equal shares, to LISA ANN WALCK, SUSAN MAY PRICE and
WILLIAM SCOT RIDDLESBERGER, according to the attached Schedule of Distribution.
