ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 9th day of April, 2012, this being the
time and place set for a hearing in the matter of the Estate of
Sandra K. Bomberger docketed to 21-07-0751, and the Respondent,
Christopher Arrigo, having failed to appear contrary to previous
Order of Court, and the Court having been advised that he has
still properly not filed the necessary tax forms required in this
Estate, this being in violation of the Court's previous order, IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a bench warrant shall issue
for his arrest. Said warrant shall be served only during
weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Upon
apprehension, Christopher Arrigo will be immediately brought
before this court in order to set security and the scheduling of
a contempt hearing.
