review of the attached Stipulation, it is hereby ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Administrator shall pay to the Claimant, Tira L. Stago, the sum of
$927.05.
2. The Administrator shall pay to the auditor for his fees incurred the sum
of $500.00.
3. The appointment of the auditor Wayne F. Shade shall be vacated.
4. In all other respects, the First and Final Account of Thomas A. Stago.
Jr., Administrator filed July 21, 2011 shall be confirmed absolutely and
distribution is decreed and shall be made in accordance with the First and Final
Account and proposed schedule of distribution therewith, less reduction for the
amounts to be paid as stated in this Order.
