Issue a writ of revival of lien of judgment entered to the above-captioned in favor of
Lloyd Engelsma d/b/a Village Square Shopping Center, 523 South Eighth Street,
Minneapolis, MN 55404, and index it in the judgment index against Defendants, William H.
Smith and Sieglinde Taylor-Smith, 400 Noble Boulevard, Carlisle, PA 17013, in the amount
of $19,770.52, with interest from and after May 21, 2007 at the current legal rate.
