foregoing petition in this matter and upon the motion of Richard W. Stewart, Esquire, it is
hereby ordered that the funds in Fulton Bank Checking Account No. 1018-39231 owned by the
decedent Charles W. Naftzinger be distributed to David J. Naftzinger. A certified copy of this
Order shall be delivered to Fulton Bank and upon receipt thereof the bank shall make
distribution in accordance with this Order.
