STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE SADLER HEALTH CENTER CORPORATION, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with B & R's Masonry Restoration, for preparation and
repainting of exterior Dryvit panels and repointing the masonry at the Southeast comer of their
facility located at 100 North Hanover Street, in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said SADLER HEALTH CENTER CORPORATION to the
said B & R's Masonry Restoration to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials
for the same in consideration of the making &the said Contract with B & R's Masonry
Restoration and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
