AND NOW, this 11th day of April, 2012, having received no response to the Citation issued
on March 9, 2012 to show cause why Letters of Administration should not be issued to James Neff
as principal creditor pursuant to Pa.C.S.A. §3155(b)(4) of the Estate of Leroy D. Smith, Jr. IT IS
DECREED that Letters of Administration shall be granted to James Neff.
James Neff shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
