ALL THOSE CERTAIN TRACTS of real estate situate in Hampden Township Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point said point being the intersection of the eastern right of way of Jerusalem Road 33 feet
wide road, with the Southern line lands now or formerly of Edgar F. and Virginia R. Swartz; thence continuing
along line of said lands North 72 degrees 14 minutes 33 seconds east a distance of 2293.40 feet to a point, said
point being the intersection of the Southern line of aforementioned lands with the Western right of way line of L. R.
21039 (Good Hope Road) a 33 foot wide road; thence continuing along said right of way South 5 degrees 1
minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 1584.37 feet to a point; thence continuing along the right of way of said
road, along a curve to the left having a radius of 76.50 feet an aro length of 10.94 feet said arc being subtended
by a chord and bearing of South 9 degrees 7 minutes 2 seconds East a distance of 10.93 feet to a point, said
point being at the intersection of the western right of way line of L. R. 21039 (Good Hope Road) with the Northern
right of way line of Senseman Road, a 33 foot wide road; thence continuing along the Northern right of way line of

the intersection of the Northern right of way line of Senseman Road with the Western property line of lands now or

line of said lands with the eastern right of way line the aforementioned Jerusalem Road; thence continuing along

partnership operating as a sole proprietorship by its sole owner, Edwin R. Broden by Deed dated 11/13/87 and
recorded 12/15/87 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Record
Book 33-C Page 304 granted and conveyed unto Victoria Glen Associates, a General Partnership, in fee.
