Seeking Approval to Liquidate Assets, filed by Jewish Family Service of Greater Harrisburg, Inc.,
the Permanent Limited Guardian of the Estate of Hazel A. Priest, the Court finds the following:
1. In order to meet the current and ongoing needs of the incapacitated person, Hazel A.
Priest, the Permanent Limited Guardian of the Estate of Hazel A. Priest, will need to
liquidate the investments and assets of Mrs. Priest.
NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the Petition of the Permanent Limited Guardian of the
Estate of Hazel A. Priest, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Permanent
Limited Guardian of the Estate of Hazel A. Priest is hereby authorized to redeem, sell, liquidate
and cash-in the following assets owned by Mrs. Hazel A. Priest:
a. 1991 Buick LeSabre automobile and personal property;
b. All Series E and Series EE United States savings bonds and any other Treasury
Securtities;
c. All Metlife insurance policies, and
d. Alliance Life Annuity.
