AND NOW, this 13th day of April, 2012, Christopher
Arrigo having voluntarily appeared, the bench warrant previously
issued in this case is vacated. The defendant is directed to
contact the Department of Revenue at their office at 1825 Stanley
Drive, Harrisburg, to make an appointment in order to have them
assist him in filing the proper tax forms in regard to this case.
The defendant will be given until April 20, 2012, to make the
contact and have the appointment with them. Should Mr. Arrigo
fail to comply with this Order, a bench warrant will re-issue.
