AND NOW, this 10th day of April, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of Three
Days For Mazriage License Application and it appearing that ADAM FORTNEY and ERIN KAUTZ
will apply on May 7`~', 2012 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary
circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license
immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C.
