IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, upon consent of Respondents, the Preliminary
Decree entered on April 3, 2012, remains in effect pending further Order of the Court.
Additionally, Petitioner shall not, without further order of Court or agreement of the
parties, remove any personal property from any of the residences of the Estate, remove
or dissipate any personal property of the Estate, or comingle any personal property of
the Estate.
