Dear Ms. Strasbaugh:
I am in receipt of your correspondence and enclosures dated April 16, 2012.
On behalf of myself and my client, Kerry R. Mull, the Executor of the Estate of William
Henry Thomas, thanl~ you for your indulgence concerning the late filing of assorted official
documents and Returns. We have been unable to file the Inheritance Tax Return due to current
health problems Mr. Mull is experiencing. He has been unable to proceed with capturing all the
Estate's expenses and deductions. He has assured me that he has been doing the best he can to
get these items to me so that I can file the Return. We anticipate filing the Return in the
immediate future.
For your convenience, please find enclosed two copies of the Status Report for the above
referenced Estate. Please clock-in both copies and place one in my mailbox forme to pick up at a
later date.
Again, thank you for your kind assistance and leniency concerning this matter. I assure
you Mr. Mull will be providing the necessary information so that we can proceed with all
deliberate speed.
