Pippa S. Calland, ("Pippa") is named as a residuary beneficiary of the
Estate of Decedent Liza D. Chance.
2. A Petition for Adjudication/Statement of Proposed Distribution Pursuant
to Pa. O.C. Rule 6.9 (the "Petition") and First and Final Account (the "Account") of
Stuart Ringer, Executor of the Estate of Liza D. Chance was filed on March 16, 2012.
3. The Audit of the Petition and Account is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on
Apri124, 2012 at the Cumberland County Courthouse in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
4. Objections to the Petition and Account were filed by counsel for Pippa
on April , 2012.
Pippa currently resides in California and is unable to be in Pennsylvania
on the day of the audit.

6. Pippa agrees to be available to testify telephonically if requested to do so
by the Court.
WHEREFORE, Pippa S. Calland requests this Honorable Court to permit her to
participate and testify telephonically at the Audit of the Petition and Account.
