BEGINNING at a point located oa the westerly right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, twenty-five
feet (25') from the centefline of the same and being a front proPe.rty corner of Lot 46; thence along said
Lot 46, South 70 degrees 56 minutes 32 seconds west (S 700 56' 32" W) a distance of 152.27 feet to a
point, said point being on line of lands now or formerly of Central Pennsylvania Conference of Uulted

52"W) a distance of 126.46 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way of Aldersgate Circle; thence

distance of 115.10 feet to a point on said southerly right-of-way; thence along the same, by a curve to the
