hearing, we find as follows:
1. Jeffrey David Sweet suffers from a mental
impairment that prevents him from receiving and evaluating ,
information effectively and prevents him from formulating and
communicating decisions to such a significant extent that he is
unable to manage his financial affairs, and he is adjudicated as
such.
2. Cumberland County Intellectual and Developmental
Disabilities (IDD), in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
is appointed as the Emergency Plenary Guardian of the Estate of
Jeffrey David Sweet and shall serve in that capacity until a
hearing is held on the appointment of a Permanent Plenary
Guardian for the Estate of Jeffrey David Sweet.
3. The emergency necessitating the filing of this
Petition shall continue beyond 72 hours, and Cindy L.
Villanella, Esquire, counsel for Jeffrey David Sweet, the
alleged incapacitated person, does not object that this Order
be extended for 30 days from the expiration of the initial
Emergency Order.
The time and place of the hearing on the Petition
for Appointment of Permanent Plenary Guardian of the Estate of
the Alleged Incapacitated Person are fixed for May 18, 2012, at
1:30 p.m. in Courtroom Number 3 on the Fourth Floor of the '-~''~'"
Cumberland County Courthouse.

At least 20 days written notice of the hearing on
appointment of Permanent Plenary Guardian of the Estate shall be
given to Jeffrey David Sweet, the alleged incapacitated person.
Additionally, at least 20 days written notice of the Petition
and hearing on the appointment shall be given to the following
persons by First Class United States Mail: David and Kelli
Sweet, adoptive parents, 741 Meadow Drive, Camp Hill, Pa.,
17011, and Robin Burge, biological mother, 15323 Harry Road,
Blairs Mills, Pa., 17213.
