SHADE, ESQUIRE ~--~ `'~ ~'~ , FOR EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENT AS AUDITQ~ `'~' ;~ `~T' .~- ~ ~. TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: 1. On August 26, 2008, Petitioner was appointed auditor in the Estate of Lottie Ivy Dixon (hereinafter the "estate"). 2. On March 3, 2009, Petitioner was appointed auditor in the Estate of George F. Dixon, Jr. 3. On June 17, 2009, the two cases were consolidated with agreement of the parties. 4. The commission of the auditor has been extended to April 23, 2012, through various orders of the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr., J., and the Honorable Albert H. Masland, J., the most recent of which was the Order of January 19, 2012. 5. On February 23, 2012, a hearing was held on the claim of the Executor of the estate for an award of counsel fees against George F. Dixon, III, and Richard E. Dixon. 6. Timely requested findings of fact, conclusions of law, and arguments were submitted to the auditor by the parties. 7. The total number of pages of the submissions is 110. 8. The most recent submission was the Executor's reply that was submitted on April 16, 2012. 9. With other matters on the schedule of the auditor and a vacation of the secretary of the auditor, the auditor requests an extension of his commission through May 25, 2012. WHEREFORE, the auditor respectfully requests that his commission be extended through May 25, 2012.
