Could you kindly accept this letter as a representation that both myself and by brother, Joseph D.
Kerwin were witnesses on the Last Will and Testament of Ann M. Mueller dated November 13, 2008. In
addition, both of us signed an Oath of Subscribing Witness Form which was sent to the Register of
Wills. We realize that our signatures on the Will and Oath appeaz not to be similar. Both of these
documents were signed in somewhat of a hurry. In any case, they aze our correct signatures.
However, this letter does not mean to indicate that I have been retained as the Attorney for the
Estate of Ann M. Mueller. I understand that Markus R. Mueller is handling this Estate himself.
