AT AN ORPHANS' COURT, Began on Tuesday the 25th day of April A.D. 2006, and
holden at Carlisle, in and for Cumberland County, before the Honorable J . Wesley Oler,
Jr. , Judge the following proceedings were held to wit:

IN RE: OBJECTIONS OF PAUL E SOHMER TO ACCOUNTING OF NANCY R.
CARBERRY OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ABOVE ESTATE
IN RE: AUDITOR OF ESTATE APPOINTED
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 25th day of April, 2006, upon consideration of the Objections of Paul E.
Sohmer to Accounting of Nancy R. Carberry of Personal Representative of the Above
Estate, Stephen D. Tiley, Esquire, is appointed auditor. It is noted that as of April 24,
2006, the inheritance tax payment in this matter had not yet been accepted as final by the
Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
