Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of Carlynn E. Crouse, Executrix of the Estate and under
the Last Will and Testament of Roselyn B. Crouse, Deceased, have been duly filed and advertised
according to law and rules of court, and that said Account was duly confirmed and Statement of Proposed
Distribution duly approved by this Court on Apri124, 2012; and it further appearing that said Executrix has
proposed in said Statement of Proposed Distribution to distribute the Decedent's real estate in kind to
herself in her individual capacity, as beneficiary under the above mentioned Last Will and Testament; and
said Court having decreed distribution in accordance with said Statement of Proposed Distribution on April
24, 2012,
IT IS ORDERED, ADNDGED and DECREED that all right, title and interest of the said
ROSELYN B. GROUSE, Deceased, in and to the following described real estate is hereby awarded in fee
simple to CARLYNN E. GROUSE.
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate in the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the West side of North 29~' Street at the dividing line between Lots N

5 and 6, Block "M" on the plan of lots hereinafter mentioned; thence Westwardly along said dividing line
one hundred twenty (120) feet to the Eastern line of Lot No. 17, Block "M' on said plan; thence
Southwardly along a part of the Eastern line of Lot No. 17, Block "M" and along a part of the Eastern line

of Lot No. 18, Block "M" on said plan, ninety (90) feet to a point; thence Eastwardly on a line parallel with
the dividing line between Lots Nos. 5 and 6, Block "M" on said plan, one hundred twenty (120) feet to a
point on the Western side of North 29`x' Street; thence Northwardly along the Western side of North 29`~
Street, ninety (90) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
Said lot of ground being comprised on Lot No. 6 and the Northern 30 feet of Lot No. 4, Block "M"
on the plan of lots of "Beverly Park" which plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 3, page 19.
Said premises being improved with atwo-story brick dwelling house known and numbered as 230
North 29`s Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
Being the same premises which William H. Cross, Jr. and Donna G. Cross, his wife, by their Deed
dated May 14, 1976, and recorded in the Recorder's Office aforesaid, in Deed Book "O" Volume 26, Page
795, granted and conveyed unto J. Carl Crouse and Roselyn B. Crouse, his wife. The said J. Carl Crouse,
died on March 9, 1979, survived by his wife, Roselyn B. Crouse the Decedent herein, in whom title vested
absolutely by operation of law as surviving tenant by the entireties.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a certified copy of this Decree shall be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, among the
deeds recorded in said Office, said Decree to be indexed in the Grantor Index for Deeds against the Estate
of ROSELYN B. GROUSE, Deceased, and in the Grantee Index for Deeds to CARLYNN E. GROUSE,
pursuant to the Section 3536 of the Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries Code (20 Pa. C.S. 3536).
