STANDBY GUARDIANSHIP DECREE
AND NOW, this 25`~ day of April, 2012, upon consideration of the within duly
executed Standby Guardianship Designation, and pursuant to the consents of all the
parties hereto and the authority granted under Title 23 Pa. C.S.A. §5612(e), it is hereby
ORDERED and DECREED that the Petition for Approval of Standby Guardian
Designation is GRANTED.
STANDBY GUARDIANS, Angela Smitz-Wood and John L. Wood, are to assume
shared physical and legal custody of the minor child with the designating parents, Ryan
Peter Heritage and Christine Louise Heritage, until such time as the designating parents
return from Okinawa, Japan, or the minor child reaches the age of 18 years.
