consideration of the within Petition and upon Motion of Wayne F. Shade, Esquire,
attorney for Jeffrey L. Stimeling, it is ordered and decreed that a Citation issue directed to
Dodie Rae Stimeling to show cause why she should not be adjudicated a totally
incapacitated person and plenary Guardians of her person and estate be appointed.
A hearing is scheduled for ~ Z,p~~,., ,
2012, at ~.3v o'clock /~'".M., in Courtroom No. S ~~ ,Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
At least twenty (20) days' notice of the hearing shall be given to Dodie Rae
Stimeling, the alleged incapacitated person, by personal service of a copy of said Petition
and Citation, and to Paul B. Stimeling, the next of kin of the alleged incapacitated person
who are sui juris, personally or by first class mail.
Appointment of counsel for the alleged incapacitated person is unnecessary for the
reasons that it is alleged that the alleged incapacitated person is totally incapacitated.
THE PURPOSE OF THESE PROCEEDINGS IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH
GUARDIANS TO MANAGE YOUR FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND TO MEET
YOUR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR PHYSICAL HEALTH AND
SAFETY. AN ADJUDICATION THAT YOU ARE AN INCAPACITATED PERSON

MAY DEPRIVE YOU OF ALL AUTHORITY TO MANAGE YOUR OWN AFFAIRS.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL TO
REPRESENT YOU AND TO HAVE COUNSEL APPOINTED FOR YOU AT PUBLIC
EXPENSE IF THE COURT DEEMS IT APPROPRIATE.
