HUNTOON CONSTRUCTION also known as D.L. HUNTOON GENERAL CONTRACTOR, is an adult individual with an address of 6765 MOLLY PITCHER HIGHWAY, SHIPPENSBURG, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA 18511. 4. The Defendant, DAVID L. HUNTOON, personal guarantor, is an adult individual residing at 6765 MOLLY PITCHER HIGHWAY, SHIPPENSBURG, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA 18511. 5. Defendant, D.L. HUNTOON GENERAL CONTRACTOR, is a business organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as a fictitious name as more fully set forth on the Pennsylvania Department of State Corporation Bureau print out attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. 6. On or about February 20, 2009, Defendant(s) submitted a Credit Application and Personal Guaranty to Plaintiff, which credit was granted to Defendant(s), a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof. The prices charged for said goods, wares and merchandise and/or labor performed or services provided, were just and reasonable, were the legal and market prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendant(s) promised and agreed to pay to Plaintiff. 9. The Defendant(s) paid to Plaintiff on account of the aforementioned charges certain sums of money in the total amount of Two Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($200.00) as shown on Exhibit "C". 10. Plaintiff frequently demanded payment from Defendant(s) of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, but Defendant(s) refused and neglected and still refuse(s) and neglect(s) to pay said amount or any part thereof.
