I, MICHAEL E. NOWICKI, being duly sworn, according to law, deposes and says that I
am a Banking Officer for M&T Bank, the Plaintiff herein and as such is authorized to make this
affidavit on behalf of M&T Bank; and that, to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief:
The names of the judgment debtors are Bink Partnership, Inc. and Harrison F.
Bink a/k/a Harrison Bink.

in and for the County of Erie, is valid, enforceable, and wholly unsatisfied as of

Defendants' default herein and submitted in support of Plaintiff s claim for attorneys' fees; and
due deliberation having been had, it is hereby
ORDERED, that the Plaintiff, M&T BANK, shall recover of Defendants, BINK
PARTNERSHIP, INC., and HARRISON F. BINK a/k/a HARRISON BINK, judgment in the
amount of $22,139.93, with interest thereon at the rate of 9% per annum from June 8, 2011,
