SLOAND, DECEASED NO 21-12-0524 DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WII.LS AND NOW, this 4th day of May, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters filed by Patricia A. Epple and Kathleen S. Ludwig, by and through their attorney, Lauren E. Bogaz, Esquire, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated June 10, 2005, and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and renders the following decision: IT IS DECREED that the instrument is admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of John L. Sloand, including the obliteration to the name Armstrong and the modification to the name Marie to Marian, both of which appear in the fourth section. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary aze hereby issued to Patricia A. Epple and Kathleen S. Ludwig. Patricia A. Epple and Kathleen S. Ludwig shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law..
