MECHANICS LIEN DOCKET NO.
WHEREAS, Shawn W. Weis and John Patrick Weis, individuals with an address of 231 Graham
Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, are about to employ Hoffman Custom Contracting, with an
address of 35 Chelsea Lane, Crlisle, Pennsylvania for the construction of certain improvements
to property situate at 1113 Sherwood Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
NOW THEREFORE, on May 1-1 2012, before any authority has been given by Shawn W.
Weis or John Patrick Weis to commence work on said project or purchase materials for the same,
in consideration of said employment of Hoffman Custom Contracting for the performance of
such work and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) paid by Shawn W. Weis and John
Patrick Weis, it is hereby agreed that no mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed against
the building or lot of ground appurtenant thereto located at 1113 Sherwood Drive, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania by Hoffman Custom Contracting, nor any representatives, agents, employees,
subcontractors, material men, or workmen, or any person for any materials or labor or extras
materials or labor purchased o furnished in connection with the construction of said project or
any part thereof, the right to fil such claims or liens being expressly waived and relinquished by
Hoffman Custom Contracting erewith.
