This letter is in response to your notice dated April 16, 20 i 2, in regazds to
the estate of Minerva Beam. I had sent you and all Minerva's debtor's letters explaining
the insolvent condition of her estate. Since I never received any correspondence, I
assumed that the matter was taken care of in the form of a write off. The original letter
was dated July 2, 2011. I am enclosing this letter and sending everything registered mail
to make sure that you have received this information. I would have done this by phone,
however no one at your office answers in a timely manor, and leaving a message on April
26, 2012 at 12:35 pm, did not get me a response
Again if you require any further information please do not hesitate to
contact me. Since Minerva has been gone since October 18, 2010, and it has been well
over a yeaz since the estate was closed out, I do believe all debts are just finished.
