I, SUSAN K. HERMAN, of Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practical after my
death by my Executor or Executrix, whichever the case may be, hereinafter named.
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed as a consequence of my death shall be paid
from my residuary estate as part of the expenses of the administration of my estate.
2. I give to my son, GLEN R. HERMAN, one-half (1 /2) of the money in any savings
accoun* thu± ? rna;, o ~xm at the time of my dea±?', ? Ui~,e rh.P remaining one-half (1%21 of the money
in that savings account and any funds in my checking account in equal shares to my daughters,
STACEY M. EDWARDS and JENNIFER L. ADAMS.
3. I give to my daughter, STACEY M. EDWARDS, the real estate owned by me,
including the home thereon, located at 4 Doe Road, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
The property was acquired through a deed recorded at the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at Deed Book 111, Page 955 and is further identified by
parcel identification No. 38-04-0367-058, but is improperly identified by the Cumberland County
Assessment Office as being located at 5 Doe Road, Enola.
4. I give to my daughter, JENNIFER L. ADAMS, the camper owned by me and located

in Delaware, which camper is a 2007 WPAR bearing vehicle number 1 W9BE02SX71046970.
5. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to my children,
GLEN' R. HERMAN, STACEY M. EDWARDS and JENNIFER L. ADAMS.
In the event any of my children above named should predecease me, I direct that the share
or shares and any property such deceased beneficiary would have received hereunder shall be
given in equal shares to my surviving children above named.
6. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, GLEN R. HERMAN, as Executor
under this my Last Will and Testament but should he predecease me, fail to serve or fail to
qualify as Executor, then in such event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
STACEY M. EDWARDS, as Executrix under this my Last Will and Testament.
I further direct that no person serving as Executor or Executrix hereunder shall be
required to post bond to secure the faithful performance of his or her duties in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last Will and
Testament written on two (2) pages this 11th day of November, 2011.
