FIRST CODICIL TO LAST WILL OF CLARA KENNY
I, Clara Kenny, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, declare this to be the First Codicil to my Last
Will executed by me on Apti120, 2000.
ITEM I: Item VII of my said Last Will is hereby amended to revoke the appointment of
Marlene Zampedri to serve as an alternate Co-Executrix of my Will and to substitute in her stead
I hereby appoint Claire Trongone to serve as an alternate Co-Executrix of my Will.
ITEM II: All other provisions of my Last Wil] are unchanged and shall be and remain in
full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this First Codicil to
my Last Will printed on two (2) sheets of paper, including the self-proving attestation clause, this

LAST WILL OF CLARA KENNY
I, CLARA KENNY, of 1150 South Pitt Street, Cazlisle, Pennsylvania (SSN: 141-12-
0223) declaze this to be my Last Will, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils.
ITEM I. I direct that my funeral be conducted in keeping with my station in life and
in accordance with instructions previously given my family, and that my remains be interred in
my burial plot beside my former husband, in Clifton, New Jersey.
ITEM II. I give, bequeath and devise all of my estate, of whatever nature and
wherever situate unto my husband, Edward V. Kenny, if he survives me.
ITEM III. If I am not survived by my husband, then and in such event I give,
bequeath and devise all of my estate unto my husband's children, Patrick Kenny and Kathleen
Guertin, and unto my daughters, Mazlene Zampedri, Dorothy Supple and Claire Trongone, shaze
and share alike. Should Dorothy Supple predecease me, her shaze shall'~e distributed equally
between her sisters, Mazlene Zampedri and Claire Trongone, or their issue, per stirpes. Should
Patrick Kenny predecease me, his shaze shall be distributed to his sister, Kathleen Guertin, or her
issue per stirpes. If Kathleen Guertin, or Mazlene Zampedri, or Claire Trongone predecease me,
their respective shazes shall be distributed to their issue, per stirpes.

ITEM V. The shaze of any beneficiary taking hereunder shall not be subject to
voluntary or involuntary alienation prior to actual distribution.
ITEM VI. In addition to powers given them by law, my Executors and his successors
shall have the following powers, applicable to all property held by them, effective without court
order and until actual distribution:
(a) To retain any property received by them;
(b) To sell any and all property, real or personal, or to lease, mortgage
or otherwise encumber same, publicly or privately, for such prices and on such
terms as they may deem proper, without liability on the third persons dealing with
same to see to application of the money so paid to my personal representatives;
(c) To compromise controversies;
(d) To distribute in cash or kind or both at such valuations as they may
fix; and
(e) To hold investments in the name of a nominee.
ITEM VII. I appoint my husband, Edwazd V. Kenny, as the Executor of my will and
the guardian of the estate of any minor who might be taking lereunder. Shouid my husband be
unable to serve, or to continue to so serve in such capacities, I appoint Mazlene Zampedri and
Kathleen Guertin, or the survivor of them, to serve in his stead, with the same powers and duties.
No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post bond or enter security for the faithful
performance of his/her duties in any jurisdiction.
